Low-inventory fee estimate
Enter valid Seller Central inventory metrics to calculate the fee.
Uses current published US fee tiers. Eligibility and exemptions remain account and product specific.
When does Amazon charge the low-inventory-level fee?
Enter the two historical days-of-supply metrics shown by Amazon: the short-term value based on the last 30 days and the long-term value based on the last 90 days. The fee can apply only when both are below 28 days.
When both metrics are below 28, the greater of the two values determines the rate band. The calculator then applies the current rate for the product size and weight tier you select.
How to read the 30-day and 90-day days of supply
The calculator does not estimate historical days of supply from a current stock count. Use the short-term and long-term historical values shown in Seller Central because Amazon bases fee eligibility on those historical metrics.
If either metric is 28 days or higher, this calculation returns no low-inventory-level fee. When both are below 28, the greater of the two values determines which rate band applies.

Frequently asked questions
When does Amazon's low-inventory-level fee apply?
For products covered by the fee, both the short-term 30-day and long-term 90-day historical days-of-supply metrics must be below 28 days. If either metric is 28 days or higher, this calculator returns no low-inventory-level fee.
Which days-of-supply number sets the fee rate?
When both metrics are below 28 days, Amazon uses the greater of the 30-day and 90-day historical days-of-supply values to determine the applicable fee tier.
Where do I find historical days of supply?
Use the historical days-of-supply values shown for the product in Amazon Seller Central. This calculator does not invent those account-specific inventory-history metrics.
Does the calculator handle exemptions?
If Seller Central explicitly shows that the product or account is exempt, you can mark the exemption option and the estimate becomes zero. Do not select it based on a guess.
What does estimated total fee mean?
It multiplies the current per-shipped-unit rate by the number of shipped units you enter. Your actual charged units and account-specific eligibility are determined by Amazon.
How can the low-inventory-level fee become zero in this calculator?
The fee is zero when at least one of the two historical days-of-supply metrics is 28 days or higher, or when you explicitly mark a valid exemption shown by Seller Central.
Can I calculate days of supply from units on hand here?
No. Amazon's fee uses historical days-of-supply metrics, so use the values reported in Seller Central rather than substituting a simple current-inventory ratio.
